Okay, you have all heard the “Gained the COVID-19” line every time you finally see someone in person and their ass is in the process of upsizing their meeting-quality sweatpants.   • 2 tsp. sugar (or 2 sugar cubes)
  • 3 to 4 oz. Brewed coffee
  • 1 1/3 oz. Irish Whiskey
  • 1 oz. Heavy cream, lightly whipped

  • 1 1/2 oz. Gosling’s Black Seal Rum
  • 4-5 oz. Ginger Beer
  • Lime wedge

  • 2 oz. Pineapple Juice
  • 1/4 oz. Maraschino Liqueur
  • 1/8 oz. Grenadine
  • Maraschino cherries for garnish

  • 1/2 oz. Cointreau
  • 1/2 oz. Lime Juice
