I also once did my time on the Taco Line, thanks for the memories. Our beloved Bell has taken the classic good things from the menu and replaced them with mediocre wannabe versions of their former selves. I am glad that someone is finally calling them out. Sadly, like trying to keep a 12 pack of crispy tacos crispy on the way home, I don't think it will work.
