I totally agree Mike. I'm a teacher in an inner-city public school with a primarily African American population. I had trouble reaching all of my students at the end of last year. I finally did it through phone calls, email messages to family members, text messages, and the help of my administration and support team.
I did my best, but I was not teaching at full capacity, and my students weren't learning at their full potential.
I will continue to do whatever I can for my students when we return to whatever school looks like in the fall.
